Terms of Service for 1Free.eu

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.
1.1 The 1Free.eu service is owned by ATMOSFERA Tomasz Leszczyński, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity under the NIP number: 5213856696 and REGON 382583882, with its registered office at Pałubice 47, 83-342 Kamienica Królewska, hereinafter referred to as the 'Service Provider'.
1.2 Contact with the website owner is possible through one of the following methods:

1.3 Payments for services can be made to the company's bank account. Bank account number: 82 1140 2004 0000 3102 7848 8166, maintained by mBank S.A.
1.4 Ignorance of these terms does not exempt from compliance with its provisions.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION.
2.1 Account registration on the website is possible via the form available at: https://1free.eu/auth/register.
2.2 Account registration on the website is required for the provision of services.
2.3 Account registration on the website is voluntary and free of charge.
2.4 By registering an account on the website, the user declares that they have read and accepted these terms.

3. SERVICE PARAMETERS.
3.1 Hosting accounts have the following parameters:
Disk space: 1 GB (one gigabyte);
Monthly transfer: 40 GB (forty gigabytes);
Number of databases: up to 5 with a total capacity of up to 1 GB;
Number of subdomains: unlimited;
Number of domains: 2 (clientwebsite.1free.eu + any domain parked on the service);
3.2 Client web accounts are guaranteed an availability level of 99.1% SLA.
3.3 The administrator commits to updating the service availability guarantee level at least once a calendar month.

4. PROHIBITED PRACTICES AND THEIR CONSEQUENCES.
4.1 Exceeding the parameters described in section 3 of these terms will result in the blocking of the hosting account.
4.2 Unblocking of the hosting account can only occur after contacting the service administration.
4.3 The following is prohibited:
a) placing malicious software on the service's servers.
b) using the company's infrastructure to perform DDOS attacks on other network infrastructures.
c) creating websites of a racist, xenophobic, Nazi, etc., nature that may offend others and their interests.
d) engaging in any practices prohibited by Polish law.
e) the service administrator commits to reporting any situations that bear the hallmarks of a crime to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and providing them with all information necessary to identify the perpetrator.
f) actions detrimental to the website and the company operating it.

5. ADMINISTRATION PROVISIONS.
5.1 The website owner reserves the right to delete hosting accounts in the event of their owners' inactivity (including failure to log into the client panel) for a period of at least one month. 
5.2 Closing an account on the website involves the irreversible deletion of data maintained in the company's infrastructure.
5.3 The service administrator reserves the right to make changes to files maintained on clients' hosting accounts only with their consent. 
5.4 The service administrator reserves the right to delete files maintained on clients' hosting accounts that pose a direct or indirect threat to the company's network infrastructure and files that violate the law of the Republic of Poland. 
5.5 The administrator commits to processing clients' data only for purposes related to the business activity.
5.6 The scope of the data mentioned in section 5.5 is specified in the website's Privacy Policy available at: https://1free.eu/privacy-policy.

6. USER SECURITY.
6.1 The service has a data transmission security feature between the user's device and the company's network infrastructure in the form of an SSL Certificate.
6.2 The administrator, in the interest of the security of users' data, changes the access password to the account according to the rules adopted in the company's internal regulations.
6.3 The administrator, in the interest of the security of users' access data, does not have access to clients' account passwords, only their encrypted versions (so-called hash).
6.4 The administrator commits to using all available means to ensure the security of the company's network infrastructure and client data.
6.5 The administrator commits to promptly informing the client in the event of a data leak from the company's network infrastructure.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS.
7.1 These terms come into force on 09/08/2024. 
7.2 The administration reserves the right to make changes to these Terms, of which users will be informed via email 7 days in advance.
7.3 In all matters not regulated by these terms, the provisions of the Penal Code, Civil Code, and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means shall apply.
7.4 These Terms are the property of the 1Free.eu service and are protected by the provisions of the Act of February 4, 1994, on copyright and related rights.
7.5 The repeal of any of the points of these Terms does not affect the validity of the remaining points of the document.
7.6 The repeal of any of the points of these Terms does not affect the necessity to comply with it before its repeal.
